How it works: After booking a session, your coach will contact you within 24 hours with a link to a brief questionnaire. Once your completed questionnaire is received by our team, a member will coordinate a 10-20 minute Free initial phone consultation in which you can chat with your coach to determine if it is a right fit. Your consultation and your responses on the questionnaire will help us develop specialized coaching for you and determine your specific needs. This way you can get the most out of your 60-minute session. Following your hour session, your coach will send you a few additional resources to help support you on your self-evolution journey.
